At the heart lies an independent, customizable LB/KG plate calculator. It features customizable tare switches, customizable plate inventories and three plate loading options. Gym Cruncher includes a max rep calculator to help program training and discover optimal loading. The warmup calculator prevents injury and excessive fatigue. Its science-backed rest timer optimizes recovery. Add or subtract rest and always stay within effective, studied ranges.
